This policy explains what Revantis RCM collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only.
The forms here are for business enquiries. They are not a secure channel for protected health information. Please do not include patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, diagnoses, or claim detail that identifies a patient. Once a Business Associate Agreement is signed, we will give you a secure method for anything containing PHI.
When you submit a form on this site, we receive what you type into it:
We also receive whatever you send us directly by email or tell us on a call.
Our hosting provider records standard server and security data, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. This keeps the site available and protects it from abuse. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list without you asking.

Each processes data only to provide that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and, where a business relationship follows, for as long as that relationship and any applicable record-keeping obligations require. Ask us to delete your enquiry and, where we are not required to retain it, we will.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@revantisrcm.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it to respond to you. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is the reason for the notice at the top of this page.
This site is intended for healthcare practices and businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
